Free tools for streamers and creators

One schedule.
Updated everywhere.

Forge Creator Hub is a creator-first schedule, team, and collaboration platform. Plan streams, publish one updating calendar, find collaborators, collect RSVPs, and show viewers what is next across shared links, embeds, calendar apps, and Twitch.

Built for how creators actually work

Change an event once and your public calendar, shared link, team workspace, and connected Twitch panel stay useful without rebuilding a graphic every week.

Tool guide

What every section and toggle does.

Use this as the quick-reference guide while creating events and organizing your team.

Event basics

Type, status, time, and capacity

  • One-time: a single stream or event.
  • Weekly: a recurring weekly schedule entry.
  • Multi-day: an event lasting across more than one date.
  • Confirmed, Tentative, Cancelled: tells viewers the event's current status.
  • Available spots: limits how many people can RSVP Going. Maybe and Cannot Attend remain available.

Visibility

Choose who can see an event

  • Public: discoverable on public Hub schedules and pages.
  • Unlisted schedule: available through your shared creator calendar or direct link without being promoted as a public Hub event.
  • Private team planning: restricted to the event owner and authorized members of the selected team.

Collaboration & RSVPs

Control participation

  • List open spots under Collaborations: advertises the event as seeking creators.
  • Allow people outside the selected team to RSVP: lets signed-in non-members respond to that team event. Leave it off for team-only participation.
  • Going / Maybe / Cannot Attend: records each creator's response and keeps planning clear.
  • Crowd Control enabled: tells participants and viewers that the stream uses Crowd Control.

Teams

Invite-only workspaces

Teams provide a private place for permanent creator groups to manage members, roles, chat, events, and internal notes. New members enter through a team invitation link. Owners and moderators manage the workspace. Joining a team does not automatically make every team event public.

Sharing & publishing

Update once, display everywhere

Your creator profile includes a shareable calendar for viewers. Public events can include downloadable calendar files and viewer-local times. Official FDG team moderators can also use Publish this official FDG event to place approved public events on the main FDG website. The Twitch extension displays connected upcoming events on a creator's channel.

Forge Supporter

Personalization without feature gates

Supporter themes, colors, layouts, taglines, and badges change how your public schedule looks. Cancelling leaves your events, teams, and free tools intact; premium appearance settings stop applying after paid access ends. Official FDG team access follows team membership and does not cancel a separate personal subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Forge Creator Hub FAQ

Is Forge Creator Hub free?

Yes. Core scheduling, events, public calendars, teams, chat, polls, collaborations, RSVPs, reminders, calendar feeds, embeds, QR tools, and Twitch tools are free. Forge Supporter is an optional paid upgrade for schedule personalization.

What does Forge Supporter unlock?

Supporter adds premium themes, custom accent and background colors, a compact schedule layout, a custom schedule tagline, and a Supporter badge. Current monthly and yearly options are shown on the Supporter page.

How do I manage or cancel Supporter?

Active paying Supporters can open the Stripe billing portal from the Supporter page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe shows otherwise. Your account, events, teams, and free features remain available.

Do official FDG creators get Supporter?

Authorized members of the official FDG team may receive complimentary Supporter access while the team benefit is enabled and they remain members. That access has no cash value and does not automatically modify or cancel a personal Stripe subscription.

Do I need to be an FDG creator?

No. Independent creators can use the Hub and create their own schedules and teams. Official FDG publishing controls are reserved for authorized members of the official FDG team.

Why does the Hub use Discord sign-in?

Discord provides a familiar, secure sign-in without requiring another password. The Hub requests the account information needed to identify your profile; it never receives your Discord password. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What is the difference between Public, Unlisted, and Private?

Public events may appear in public Hub areas. Unlisted events are intended for your shared schedule or people with the link. Private team events are restricted to the owner and authorized team members.

Can people outside my team RSVP?

Only when you enable Allow people outside the selected team to RSVP. Leave it disabled when participation should remain limited to your team. Personal events are open to signed-in users.

What happens when an event reaches its RSVP limit?

Once the number of Going responses reaches the available-spots limit, additional users cannot select Going. They can still respond Maybe or Cannot Attend.

How do collaboration listings work?

Enable List open spots under Collaborations on an event when you want other eligible creators to find it. Team access and RSVP rules still apply, so private opportunities do not become publicly joinable simply because the toggle is enabled.

Does the calendar show the correct time for every viewer?

Yes. Event times are converted for the viewer's local time zone, reducing confusion when creators and audiences live in different regions.

Can I add the event to a personal calendar?

Publicly viewable events can provide a downloadable calendar file, allowing viewers or participants to save the event in a compatible calendar application.

What should go in public mods versus private setup?

Use public mods or setup for information viewers and prospective collaborators may safely see, such as a modpack name. Use private team setup for internal coordination such as voice-channel and recording notes. Never store passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information there.

Can I add the recording after the stream?

Yes. Edit the event afterward and add its Recording/VOD link so the event can direct viewers to the replay.

How do teams stay private?

People join private team workspaces using team invitation links. Team roles control management access, while private events, setup notes, chat, and internal details are shown only to authorized users.

How do reminder emails work?

When reminder delivery is enabled and a user has opted in, the Hub can send an operational reminder on the day of an event. Account and email preferences remain under the user's control.

How does the Twitch extension work?

The Forge Creator Hub panel displays a creator's connected upcoming schedule directly on their Twitch channel and links viewers to full event details. Extension availability depends on Twitch's review and release status.

Where can I report a problem or ask for help?

Email contact@forgeddestinygaming.com with the affected page, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
