These Terms govern access to Forged Destiny Gaming websites, the Forge Creator Hub, team workspaces, event tools, and related services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using forgeddestinygaming.com, hub.forgeddestinygaming.com, or related services operated by Forged Destiny Gaming (“FDG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Creator Hub.
Additional written agreements may apply to FDG creators, developers, funded projects, publishing arrangements, sponsorships, employment, or other business relationships. If a signed written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country. If you are not legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Some teams, collaborations, games, events, or creator opportunities may have additional age or eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts and access
The Creator Hub uses Discord OAuth for sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for activity performed through your Hub account. You may not impersonate another person, use an account without permission, evade a suspension, or attempt to obtain access to another user's account or private workspace.
Team invitations are intended only for authorized recipients. Do not publish, sell, or distribute private invite links without permission from the relevant team owner or moderator.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FDG services to:
Break applicable law or encourage illegal or dangerous activity.
Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse another person.
Post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or other unlawful content.
Upload malware, probe security, interfere with service operation, scrape data, or bypass access controls.
Spam users, manipulate engagement, misrepresent partnerships, or conduct scams.
Post content you do not have the right to use or that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Share passwords, access tokens, financial information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data through profiles, events, chats, or setup notes.
Use Hub content or private team messages to train an artificial-intelligence model without all permissions required by law, Discord policy, and the affected users.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you create and submit, including profile text, messages, event descriptions, artwork, videos, game materials, and links. Posting content to the Hub does not transfer ownership to FDG.
You grant FDG a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service according to the visibility settings and instructions you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, legal obligations, content already shared by others, and records needed to protect the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. FDG branding, logos, website design, original site copy, and platform code remain owned by FDG or their respective licensors.
6. Teams, events, and collaborations
Team owners and authorized moderators control membership, roles, event publishing, and workspace settings. Joining a team or responding to an event does not by itself create employment, partnership, agency, sponsorship, publishing, ownership, or revenue-sharing rights.
Users are responsible for confirming schedules, game access, licenses, mods, stream permissions, sponsorship disclosures, and collaboration expectations. Events may be changed or cancelled, and an RSVP is not a guarantee that an event will occur.
Separate written agreements are required for funding, payment, publishing rights, revenue splits, ownership transfers, commissioned work, employment, or other material business obligations.
7. Moderation and enforcement
FDG may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, change access, remove users from teams, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or address serious reputational and safety concerns.
We may preserve relevant records while reviewing suspected abuse. Users may report problems or request review by contacting us. We are not obligated to host any particular content, project, event, creator, or team indefinitely.
8. Third-party services
The service may connect to or link from Discord, Heroku, GitHub, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Steam, game stores, and other third-party platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. FDG is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, purchases, moderation, or business practices.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the websites or Creator Hub. We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Users should keep their own copies of important schedules, agreements, creative work, and project records.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the websites and Creator Hub are provided “as is” and “as available.” FDG disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
FDG does not guarantee audience growth, monetization, funding, publication, sales, employment, collaboration results, or the commercial success of any creator, game, stream, event, or project.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FDG and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The effective date will be revised when updates are published. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
